How To: Add An Application Shortcut To The Total Launcher Page

This procedure demonstrates how to add a specific application shortcut to the page, position it, and remove unwanted objects to customize the page layout.

Adding the Application Shortcut

  1. Enable Edit Mode (if not already active) to allow modification of the page layout
  2. On the Page Design menu tap the Add icon .
    1. Select Graphic
    2. Select Image
    3. Select Application from the list of available object types.
      1. Scroll through the installed application list or use the search bar to locate the target application.
      2. Select the desired application.
  3. The shortcut icon is placed on the screen, enclosed in a bounding box indicating it is selected.
  4. Drag the new shortcut to the desired location on the page.
  5. Optional: Resize the shortcut by dragging the handles located on the corners of the bounding box.

Removing an Existing Object

  1. Select the object to be removed by tapping and holding it.
  2. Select the Delete icon from the Object Design menu.
    1. Confirm the action in the Remove selections? dialog.
  3. The object is removed from the page, leaving the space available for the new shortcut.
