Total Launcher App Drawer - Label Removal & Setting Columns

App Drawers have many customization features. In this video created by Marcelino Peterson, customizing the icon labels (not to show) and setting the drawer's display type (Grid or Column) is easy to accomplish.

App Drawer - Label Removal

  1. Edit on
  2. Select Object add
  3. Select Widget from the Add dialog
  4. Select App drawer from the dialog thumbnails
  5. The widget is placed in the center of the originating page
    1. The demo does show how the widget can be resized or relocated
  6. Tap the boundary area of the widget to select it (highlights the widget)
  7. From the Design menu (screen top), select the Option icon to open the Option Edit dialog
    1. Scroll to the Label section
    2. The element “Show Label” is shown as active; tap it to deactivate
  8. Demo now shows the scrolling app drawer with no labels

App Drawer - Display Type Setting

  1. To reset the display type
    1. Follow the steps #1-#5 above then
    2. Tap the boundary area of the widget to select it
    3. From the Design menu, select the Option icon to open the Option Edit dialog
    4. In the General section
      1. Grid type is active; tap the button to deactivate it (causes a columnar type appearance)
